Why I can help

Hi, I’m Rouba Chalabi. I blend breathwork with food addiction counseling to help you find harmony within and transform your body-food connection. 

I have been a workaholic and overeater myself for 40 years. You are learning from a recovering food addict who has successfully lost 1/3 of her weight and sustained it for over 7 years. 

Everything I do comes from my personal experience healing my relationship with food and reconnecting with myself, my training in biodynamic breathwork and trauma release and the food addiction recovery model. 

How Flourish for Life Works

Flourish for Life consists of 11 months of continuous support following the completion of the Detox and Nourish Your Body Program

It includes: 

  • Daily guided journaling: You will be supported through daily accountability, problem solving, guidance and inspiration

  • Monthly 60 min online session to address progress, recurring struggles and burning issues along with supported breathwork practice


Payment: USD 290 monthly membership for 11 months

How do I sign up?

The Flourish in Life program is open to those who have completed: 

  1. Food for Thought Session, a 90 min 1:1 online coaching session that helps you understand the root cause of your dysfunctional relationship with food

  2. The Detox and Nourish your Body program, a 5-week sugar and flour detox that helps you follow an eating structure that neutralizes your cravings and cultivate a positive relationship with eating.
